Slow and static, YIN is a powerful yet simple practice that is truly nourishing for your mind, body and soul. YIN shifts the focus away from how things look to how they feel in the body and brings you to a deep level of connection with the body. In a world that demands our attention externally, YIN facilitates a welcome pause, connection, presence and focus inwards where so much wisdom resides.

Each practice is truly unique and an individual experience and every time you come to the mat for YIN your experience will differ.
