Sunday Morning Flow combines an energising yoga practice with space for coffee & connection with like minded souls.
A different way to socialise...
For years as a busy mum trying to juggle many demands I craved something, outside of the normal pub scene where I could have some space, meet like minded people and look after my mind and body and so Sunday Morning Flows were born.
What started initially as once-off Yoga and Breakfast events has now evolved into a regular Sunday morning practice followed by good tea/coffee, a treat and the chats.
Sunday Morning Flow is for you if:
✓ Life feels distracting and busy and you crave space
✓ You feel tired and depleted and crave nourishment
✓ You are constantly giving and really need to receive, to fill your cup.
✓ You feel stressed, overwhelmed, lack clarity and need a reset.
✓ Have a nudge that this is calling you.
✓ Have a desire to prioritise your own wellbeing but can’t commit to longer programmes right now.
✓ Want to meet and really connect with like minded people.
✓ Find it tricky going into new groups – Sunday Morning Flow is a welcoming space for everyone – lots of people come on their own and community is a really important part of these mornings.
